Activities

Campers participate in a variety of activities some of which help them learn about asthma and others that are just for fun! Activities may include:

Arts & Crafts – Get creative and express yourself through art! You’ll bring home a variety of creations you make throughout the week.

Lung Class – Led by doctors and nurses, Lung Class teaches you about asthma triggers, managing symptoms and how to effectively use your inhaler.

Games & Recreation – Let’s move! We’ll play games and be active together.

Cooking Lab – Learn about healthy eating from our dietitian nutritionists and make and eat a tasty snack.
