Apply today to reserve your child's spot in this year's camp. All forms are due by July 19.

Eligibility:

  • Ages 6 – 12, entering grades 1 – 6 in September 2024
  • Confirmed asthma diagnosis
  • Santa Barbara County resident
  • All campers and volunteers are required to have received the 2023-2024 COVID-19 vaccine (Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech or Novavax). Previous versions of the vaccine will not be accepted. If there is a medical reason that prevents your child from receiving the vaccine, please contact us.

If you have questions about whether the COVID-19 vaccine your child received meets the requirements, please call (805) 681-1793. For more information about the COVID vaccine, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website.

Online - Click here to apply online. To complete your child's online application, we must receive their physician referral form. Click here to download the form. This must be completed by your child’s physician and returned to us.
