Medical Director
Dr. Etsell received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor. He completed his Anesthesiology Residency and a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship with Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Etsell has served as the Medical Director of the Santa Barbara Cottage Eye Center and the Santa Barbara Cottage Outpatient Surgery and Eye Center. Before joining Sansum Clinic, Dr. Etsell was the former Medical Director of Anesthesiology at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
