Dr. Jervis has more than 20 years of internal medicine experience with a focus on ambulatory and inpatient care. He earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in Missouri, and completed his internal medicine internship and residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He has worked at Mount Sinai Hospital as a hospitalist, and held several clinical quality leadership positions there. In addition to helping with resident teaching, he became an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine, and the hospitalist program director. He later transitioned to the New York University Langone Hospital system as the Family Health Centers Internal Medicine Residency Program Director in Brooklyn. He joined Sansum Clinic from a New York outpatient internal medicine practice and from his Clinical Associate Professor faculty appointment in the Department of Medicine at NYU Langone Hospital.
Dr. Jervis is now proud to call Santa Barbara home, but is born and raised in New York City, New York.
