Star ratings are based on responses to survey questions that focus on a patient's likelihood to recommend the provider's office to family and friends as well as the provider's care, including whether the provider listened carefully, spent enough time with you, explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and seemed to know important information about your medical history. Press Ganey averages and converts all survey responses into a single star rating, with five stars being the highest.

Ned also has previous experience working with the LA Clippers organization; multiple players in the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP).
