As we transition from Sansum Clinic’s MyChart to Sutter Health’s My Health Online, access to schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments online will be temporarily paused from October 24 through November 10.

Establish with a Primary Care Physician or be seen the same-day at Urgent Care by scheduling your initial appointment below.

To schedule your appointment online, please follow the steps below:

1. For a new primary care appointment, click on "New Patient Appointment", "New Patient Saturday and Evening Appts" or "New Pediatrician Appointment".
2. If you need urgent treatment for a non-life threatening condition, you may choose "Pesetas Same Day Urgent Care" or walk into our 215 Pesetas Lane location. 
3. Review primary care physician or urgent care availability and select a date and time.
   • If there's no availability on a specific day or time, you may scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Show more appointment times".
4. You will be prompted to log-in and schedule your appointment using MyChart or you can schedule the appointment as a 'guest'.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the necessary information in order to schedule your appointment.
