If your child is a patient of Sansum Clinic Pediatrics Department:
- Call the Pediatrics office at (805) 563-6211 to provide background information.
- A nurse will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a COVID-19 test and evaluation, if needed.
- If your child is scheduled for a COVID-19 test at the Pediatrics Department, it will be a drive-up appointment and you and your child do not need to get out of the car. The scheduler will give you specific instructions.
- Our pediatricians require both a negative COVID-19 test and a telehealth evaluation prior to providing a clearance note.
- If your child’s symptoms are concerning and you cannot wait for a call back, go to Urgent Care at 215 Pesetas Lane
