Expert Care & Research

Sansum Clinic's allergists and immunologists train in a number of related fields and offer advance treatments and medical knowledge through participation in clinical research. 

Our allergy and immunology specialists work in collaboration with our caregivers in ENT (Ear-Nose & Throat), Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Dermatology and other departments to deliver the best care possible to our patients.

Referrals are necessary for most insurance plans. Patients must schedule appointments directly with this department and may receive special instructions regarding your visit.   • Register for a class – Sansum Clinic offers the only asthma education program open to the Santa Barbara community. Each year approximately 200 people meet with Sansum Clinic's asthma educators. Participants in asthma education consistently improve in the efficacy of their treatment. Patients are referred to the asthma educator by either our Allergy department providers or by their primary care physician. For more information, call (805) 681-7635.
