  • Food & Nutrition Editor (2004-Present), Diabetes Health Magazine; Reader Reports Editor, Nutrition in Complementary Care Newsletter; Published a book on nutrition and breast cancer; Ms. French provided local nutritional and dietetic services for more than 20 years. She has worked for Ojai Valley Community Hospital in Santa Barbara County and Cottage Health Systems. She has provided nutrition education and culinary instruction at numerous Central Coast institutions including Cal Poly Extension, Santa Barbara County Education, and Santa Barbara City College Continuing Education. She is a frequent public speaker, presenting nutrition and wellness topics on television and radio. As a nutrition facts label analyzer, she also helps commercial food-making companies meet the U.S. Nutrition Facts Label requirements.
