About
Dr. Davis was American Board of Medical Specialties certified (Internal Medicine) after primary care medicine residency in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This was immediately followed by training as Boston University Medical Center Skin Oncology Fellow, in a two-year clinical fellowship primarily focusing on skin cancer, with specific duties in the care of patients with cutaneous lymphoma (T cell), and with general dermatology clinics as well. He was subsequently American Board of Medical Specialties certified (Dermatology) following residency at the then joint Boston University / Tufts University program in Dermatology. Dr. Davis also spent one year (40% time) at the Boston University Mohs Surgery division thereafter. In addition, he worked at a single specialty dermatologic practice of 3 offices and 6 dermatologists, in Massachusetts, before joining the Santa Barbara Medical Foundation Clinic in 1999, pre-dating the Sansum Clinic merger.
