Star ratings are based on responses to survey questions that focus on a patient's likelihood to recommend the provider's office to family and friends as well as the provider's care, including whether the provider listened carefully, spent enough time with you, explained things in an easy-to-understand way, and seemed to know important information about your medical history. Press Ganey averages and converts all survey responses into a single star rating, with five stars being the highest.

  • Dr. Guevara is board certified in family practice. She received her medical degree from Drexel University, College of Medicine in Philadelphia and then went on to complete her family practice residency at the Ventura County Medical Center. Since the completion of her residency in 2007, Dr. Guevara has worked in various clinical settings in New Zealand and most recently with the Las Islas Family Medical Group in Oxnard, CA.

Who receives a Press Ganey survey?

Press Ganey emails or mails surveys to patients who received care at Sansum Clinic and Ridley-Tree Cancer Center. This process ensures that feedback comes directly from patients who have been treated by our providers.
