In this video, you will learn:
- Your box will grow to include other healthy foods.
- Slower is better; no need to rush.
- You will have a weekly assignment to help build your skills.
- You will attend your regular Phase 1 class.
- Your coach will meet with you weekly to discuss your assignment.
- Add in a lean protein to replace an entrée.
- Your purchase requirement will change.
- Watch your portions.
- Prepare your proteins without added fats.
- Pair your protein with veggies or fruit at each meal.
- You will check in with your health coach. Communication is important.
- Daily Minimums: 3 S/C, 2 E, 5 V/F (protein substitute okay for an entrée)
