Welcome to your first week of Transition from Phase 1 Healthy Solutions to Phase 2.

In this video, you will learn:

  1. Your box will grow to include other healthy foods.
  2. Slower is better; no need to rush.
  3. You will have a weekly assignment to help build your skills.
  4. You will attend your regular Phase 1 class.
  5. Your coach will meet with you weekly to discuss your assignment.
  6. Add in a lean protein to replace an entrée.
  7. Your purchase requirement will change.
  8. Watch your portions.
  9. Prepare your proteins without added fats.
  10. Pair your protein with veggies or fruit at each meal.
  11. You will check in with your health coach. Communication is important.
  12. Daily Minimums: 3 S/C, 2 E, 5 V/F (protein substitute okay for an entrée)
