Welcome to your next week of Transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2.

In this video, you will learn:

  1. Your weekly minimums are increasing from 3 to 5 servings of V/F daily.
  2. Practice having multiple servings of V/F.
  3. Start eating them early in the day. Don’t wait until later in the day.
  4. Have more vegetables than fruit.
  5. Don’t juice. It doesn’t count.
  6. Daily Minimums: 3 S/C, 2 E, 5 V/F
