The Sansum Clinic Family Medicine Department provides primary care for children from one day old through adulthood. The practice of Family Medicine is distinguished by understanding the importance of the family unit in all its forms. Our dual-emphasis on treatment and prevention helps you to maintain good health through all stages of life.
The Sansum Clinic Internal Medicine Department provides general medical care to adults, including preventive care, diagnostic evaluations, consultations, and management of illnesses and multi-system diseases. Services are tailored to meet the individual patient's needs. Our Internists focus on adult medicine and have had special training focusing on prevention and treatment of diseases in adults. Sansum Clinic internists are well equipped to solve puzzling diagnostic problems and can deal with any problem needing a physicians care - whether it is a severe chronic illness or a number of illnesses that present at the same time.
The Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine Department provides comprehensive healthcare services for young people, starting at birth and continuing through infancy, childhood, adolescence and young adulthood.
Sansum Clinic is proud to be home of the largest Obstetrics & Gynecology (Ob/Gyn) practices in Santa Barbara. Women's healthcare is primarily concerned with reproductive health in the childbearing years through menopause.
