  1. Lie on your side, and prop your upper body up on your elbow.
  2. Keeping your legs straight, lift your hips off the floor and hold for 6 seconds. Build up to at least 30 seconds over time.
  3. Rest for 30 seconds.
  4. Repeat 3 to 5 times.
