Natural aging, osteoporosis, arthritis and more can affect mobility and balance. With the guidance of our Physical Therapist you will practice simple exercises to improve:
- Strength, flexibility and endurance
- Using sensory systems for balance
- Posture and balance strategies for movement
- Patterns of walking
